Late 70's-Mid 80's Lightweight Era

I saw this thread about a middleweight tournament recently, and it brought back memories of the board game title bout back in the late 70's, so I decided since I have TBCB 2013 to run a 32 man lightweight tournament from around 1978 to 1986 being the cutoff. I omitted 3 fighters on purpose just to give this tournament competitive balance (Duran, Chavez, Whitaker) and the time frames came into play as well. Duran vacated his lightweight title in January '78, Chavez was in the division for a very brief period, and Whitaker won his first title in 1989. I still feel like it will be an exciting tournament. The ratings were based on TBCB 2013's rankings plus head to head and quality opposition that each fighter fought in their careers....here goes
