Questdog namesets in ootp 20

I am trying to play a historical league with fictional players starting in 1903. Can I use Questdog's historical nameset and ethnicity files in ootp 20 for this purpose? If so, would anyone be kind enough to provide me with a link to the most updated version of them? Thanks a ton.
