I want to start a new league with MLB clubs, but add AAA, AA clubs as well.

So the title says it all. I want to create a new 90 team league with MLB, AAA, and AA teams all competing for the championship.

My question is, what would be the most realistic way to set up this league financially. Obviously I the minor league teams will be drastically worse off than the MLB clubs, but I want to set up the league so that over time these clubs can compete as well (through luck, and building up their own franchises)

I have 6 divisions based on geography already set up, I just need some advice on how I would realistically set up everything else. Any tips would be great! Thanks!

If you give the MLB teams fickle fans and the minor-league teams a die-hard base, some of the advantage should be mitigated. Otherwise, you might have to introduce a salary cap. I don't know how much the market size changes over time.
