Salary Caps

I'm setting up a fictional league with salary caps. However, when I run fictional financials, some teams have budgets over the salary cap. Why would that be?

Just because the budget is higher than the salary cap does not mean the cap is not working.

That's good to know. Maybe in future versions, though, Markus could have the budget be hard-capped there so its easier to tell how much money you have left. It can be a little confusing to have a budget of $175m, but a salary cap stopping you at $150m in payroll.
