Pre-Order for Steam?

Does pre-order work if I want to use OOTP 21 on Steam?

Do I receive a Steam key then or simply a download link?

The game will launch on Steam on March 20 with a one-week 10% launch discount.
There is no Steam preorder available.
Please visit our Coming Soon page and add OOTP 21 to your wishlist!

You can pre-order directly by following the links in the top bar here, and later activate that game on Steam, but as far as I've seen it will not give you the benefits of the Steam version (automatic, worry-free patch application). For that reason I'm entirely comfortable to have the game sit atop my Steam wishlist for now...

Since there is no pre-order for Steam right now, I agree with putting the game on my wish list for now.
Later on, there is a discount on Steam, when the game gets available there.
