OOTP 16 Patch #3, Version 16.3.15 Available!

Important: This update is only for OOTP 16 versions which were purchased directly from us or resellers who use our version.
It is NOT compatible with the Steam version! The Steam update will be available tomorrow.

Info for Mac users: If you have trouble getting the latest rosters to work via "New Standard Game" in 16.3.15, please do this:
- Open the settings dialog, click "Troubleshooting" tab, click "Open folder containing customizable data".
- Now, in the finder which opens, delete the folder "world_templates"
- Reinstall the update
- Start a new game.

We are currently preparing build 16.3.16, it fixes the Mac installer bug.

Hey guys,

We have just officially released the 3rd update for OOTP 16, version number 16.3.15. This update fixes reported bugs and includes final updated Opening Day rosters (need to start a new game to take advantage of them).

Update Info: To apply the update, simply download the setup file and install it over your current installation. There is no need to uninstall or unlicense your current copy! However, you should quit the game before installing it, of course. Patches always contain all the changes from previous patches / updates. Saved games are compatible between different versions.

Here are the improvements / fixes compared to version 16.2.9:
- Updated Opening Day rosters (need to start new game for changes to apply)
- Added HOF metrics to voting page on higher screen resolutions
- Added HOF metrics to sortable player lists (need to delete "\tables" folder in OOTP custom data folder, can be found via Settings dialog -> Troubleshooting -> Open folder containing customizable data")
- Fixed playoff series fixed date bug
- Fixed International FA available money display
- Adjusted player and coach contract demands, and coach reputation calculation
- Fixed owner goals evaluation
- Fixed Mac slowdown
- Fixed play-mode selection when playing for a minor league team
- Fixed problems with the AI not selecting a DH for the Platinum Stick award
- Fixed human managers sometimes being promoted too quick when managing minor league teams
- Clearing league history now also clears the HoF
- Leagues with no playoffs now award "rings" to players of the team with the best winning percentage
- In play-off games, the batter & pitcher info now show current season stats instead of last season stats
- Top prospects are now more likely to expect a starting lineup assignment once they've reached the majors
- Fixed issues when trying to create minor leagues with an uneven number of teams per subleague
- Pitchers warming up in the bullpen now start to tire a bit later there
- Fixed several minor bugs + text issues

Final thoughts
We will continue working on the game, although at a bit slower pace now. 3D stadiums will get a great overhaul with the next update, and we'll also continue to fix reported problems and tweak areas of the game where we feel some fine tuning is needed.

I know of one rating tweak: Markus made Jon Lester's hold rating 5/20, down from 11/20, after the discussion during Sunday night's game about the mental block or whatever is affecting him right now.

I bring that up because a writer from Grantland wants us to sim the season and see how Lester's problem affects other teams running against the Cubs. So I'm about to do that with the new update and will give him the info.

So, yay, we should have some Grantland coverage! I've tried to get through to them in the past without success, but this guy pinged our info@ address today.

FaceGen images that I generated right before, and now after, the update are not displaying either on the player profiles or during game play.

Not sure what's going on there. I started a new quickstart on PC.

Don't know how to help you there man. The trade is in the editor, it's working for me and for my friend that has the game.

Is this a MAC problem? In PC version the Kimbrel trade is worked in.

Rosters are tweaked between patches.
