We work as fast as possible to send them out but it takes a while to get through all orders. Maybe also check your Spam folder?

I believe I'm 100% caught up on all the requests right now, as of 11 PM pacific time Monday night. If you've sent an email to steam@ootpdevelopments.com and haven't heard anything back, let me know (it may be a good idea to do it via forum PM in case it's an issue with email not being delivered in either direction.)
