Graphics Request - Global Baseball Super League (1st OOTP League)

Hi All - I am starting up my first OOTP Baseball League and I was hoping for some help from the wonderful community I have found here in the forums.

Calling all graphic artists, I need help creating logos, caps and home and away uniforms for my fictional league, which I'm hoping to launch by MLB Opening Day. Open to your ideas....

I need a league logo as well. My league is called the Global Baseball Super League (GBSL).

Here is a list of teams for my 20 team league:

ASL East (American Super League):
Baltimore Cannons
Boston Americans
Dayton Pilots
Miami Tropics (my team!)
New York Knights

ASL West:
Houston Condors
Los Angeles Dukes
Mesa Gold Sox
Portland Kodiaks
San Antonio Marshals

ISL East (International Super League):
Edmonton Axemen
Havana Cartels
Mexico City Earthquakes
San Juan Storm
Toronto Warlocks

ISL West:
London Paladins
Moscow Red Brigade (Reds for short)
Paris 89ers
Sydney Stingrays
Tokyo Zeroes


Any and all help is really appreciated. I'm also open to renaming some of the teams if a really cool ass logo/uni combo is proposed.

I have a fictional team called the Dayton Jets. If you want I can edit them to say 'Pilots.' Here's what they look like:


Just reply to this and let me know if you want to keep Jets or want me to change it to Pilots. I'll do some work on the other teams in the meantime.

Hi BBruins99 - That uni and color combo looks great. I imagined them having green just like your Jets team.

If you could edit it to say Pilots, that would be awesome. Thanks so much for you help!

BTW - are you editing these with the Jersey Creator app or are you using another tool? I have downloaded and installed it on my computer, are there any good video tutorials out there? I plan on expanding my league every year, and would love to learn.

Many of these are available already. Large requests like this usually won't get much help. You usually will get more help if you show patience and requested a couple at a time.

I make these uniforms in iDraw, which is now Autodesk Graphic, on a Mac.

If you need any edits made to them just let me know.

Here's a logo for the San Juan Storm. I can change pretty much everything on it if you want changes. Just post a reply and I'll do it for you. If everything is good, I will start on uniforms.

The San Juan Storm logo is very similar to what I had in mind as well.

I don't know which unis to go with in game! I love all three combos. I wish OOTP had a way to set alternate unis. I was reading about OOTP 17 release and it doesn't seem like that was added. Maybe in next year's version? In the meantime, I'll make one of those snazzy Pilots unis an alternate and rotate it manually!

BBruins99 - One request on the San Juan logo. Would you be able to make a version of the San Juan logo with a transparent background. I may be able to find a tool online to do that too, but I'm not sure it will come out as good as with IDraw or one of your tools.

Hi BBruins99 - I love the San Juan jerseys. So awesome! I'm going to download them and add them now.


For the Miami Tropics, I was thinking something in pastels. Light blue and orange. If you've ever seen the movie 'Semi-Pro', there was a team called the Flint Tropics and I was thinking colors like that.

I also saw a concept hockey uni based the movie online with a slightly darker blue that was really cool too. Would be awesome to have a home and away in lighter blue with alternate that is darker blue.

How long have you been playing OOTP? How many seasons and how many teams?

It's pretty rough at the moment, but I wanted to make sure I am headed in the right direction.

To answer your other questions;

I have been playing since OOTP 13, which is around 2011. As far as simulation I tend to do all fictional players. I do play with real teams, but I really enjoy fictional. I don't really play as much as I should. I haven't played in quite some time. I really only design stuff, and play the game off and on.

I like the fictional league more as well. I'm into sim and world building type games.

I'm planning to play with a friend and my 11-year old son. I've shown them both the stuff you did already and they really like what you've done as well.
