Custom league quesiton

I was playing in the custom mod with a fantasy draft, everytihng went well for the 2 first year but BUT uhm.. I realized, what I've learned was that theres only on minor league and one Junior league (CHL (OHL,WHL,LHJMQ).Well, even though I had no problem with that and the fact it wasn't really a problem before. but after 2 year it does become a problem I feel like, you have less choices on draft days and I just happen to draft in 2020 and the best players were 2 stars potential for the top 10 picks, then it went to 0.5 in 1st round. My probem is that eventually the players are just not gonna be great at all in 2032 for exemple.. Is there a way to change or to fix that problem at all, Because I really want to play a fantasy draft game.

I havent made it too far with a custom game yet, just entering my first draft but could it be your scouts being wrong on a players level? Seems like I stretch I know but you never know. I dont think you can add a league to a custom game after the league is already started though again, I could be wrong about that. When I started mine, I had 18 NHL level teams, 18 AHL level teams and 31 OHL level teams to help that so Im not sure if you can. If you can, I assume it would be on July 1st or The last day of June

Was that with the newest version? We made a change in the previous update that spread the junior players more evenly across the first three draft years, before that they were concentrated in the first draft so 2019 and 2020 had very weak groups.
