I downloaded the beta version and this morning downloaded what I'm assuming is the final version but around 12 when I logged on there was a notice to download the final version. Do I currently have the final? The description across the bottom changed from OOTP 19 Beta to Version 19.1 Build 38.

Are you sure it says "Beta"? 19.1.38 is the final version, yes.

Unlike last year when I preordered, I just bought the game in the last 20 minutes and following all the confirmation it did not send me any confirmation code or to any site which had a code to unlock the game.

Any help here would be fantastic!

Sent you an email. I have a screen shot of the confirmation page, I can tweet this or add it here, which seems to be blank, even thought the game was paid for. I know this is not an issue on my account, as it went through accordingly. This is the first time I have bought this game (post preorder), I preordered last year, that I have had any issues. Just saying.

I sent you a PM, but there's no record of a payment or order from either email you provided.

If you have a blank confirmation screen, that means the order didn't go through, unfortunately.

So while you didn't get the game you weren't charged either. If you just place the order again, then you should be all set.

WHAT? don't negate. I ordered, got to confirmaton screen and accepted pay to XXX bank account. You never sent a game unlock code. Quit being bitches and own up, you clearly see I accessed and paid. Do you really think OOTPD is trying to *rob* you? Is that a joke? And you think your best course of action is to start throwing around threats? Take a deep breath and behave like an adult, otherwise I hope the mods figure out your order issue and then ban you from the forums.

Why would you automatically assume we're trying to trick you or cheat you? When you've ordered before and the orders went through we happily sent your a serial number. What would make this time any different?

We love our game and we're proud of it and we want people that buy it to be able to play it. We also appreciate out loyal customers, as you are.

The glitch doesn't suit us, we didn't get paid for the game no matter how much you seem to think we did and we'll lose your order for this year and the future apparently. That benefits neither us not you.

As I've told you already, we don't have your money. If we did I'd happily send your serial number to you. I've done the same for hundreds or even thousands of customers over the years, you wouldn't be any different.

If we get a valid order from you, with a valid confirmation number I can help you. If we don't, no matter how much I want to do something, there's nothing I can do.

There's no order placed from your account so I have no serial number I can send to you.

I received the beta e-mail earlier in the week but have not received the official game e-mail today. Also, I get the 404 Not Found page when I try to download from the link on the first page. Obviously I am doing or did something wrong and I am requesting for some help if available.
