- Added league strategy setting for SP hook and RP hook. This allows finer control over AI pitcher usage patterns.

Please have options Not to generate personnel with an expansion team So the team can chest signed available personnel already and the game.

Also an option when the game does generate new personnel That are all available to be signed to have 0 experience please. It bothers me when somebody has 23 years experience but when you click on them it's a blank record

I would think, of necessity, the expansion team should at least have a scout in place in order to filter player values, assuming scouting on. Personally, I wouldn’t imagine an expansion team not having personnel already in place, but that’s me.

Seconded. When I make an expansion team I always delete all the fictional personnel.

Agreed. I see a lot of posts on how there are too many injuries - I think this will help eliminate many of those concerns. I use Low right now; but, might consider this. It is very helpful for any historical leagues that you want to expand beyond the actual number of teams (for example, play with 28 teams instead of 26 in 1980...)

Along those lines...I'd previously asked for some other options on news generation - for instance, I don't want a league story for every shutout. On the other hand, as noted above, I definitely want one for single game records (which often don't occur now)

Good. Now, I just really want to see records vs other teams on the team history page (and a specified team rival), and team managers.

Also, on the Coaching history, adding the league rank in offense/pitching would make for better evaluation than just the AVG/E.R.A info (due to dead ball/steroid eras).

Update:
- An AI team's fantasy / expansion / FA draft strategy now depends more on the GM's preference ratings, eg. wether he prefers veterans or prospects or hitters over pitchers and vice-versa.

I like the new Historical Transactions option because when I have Injures turned have problems because of Injuries.
Split Squad Games and MILB League Evoultion.

Wow. This years release is LOADED (no pun intended). But what would really get it over the top for me, would be the ability to add rivalries in custom leagues, so that the some games would be even more exciting

Is the financial situation tied into this as well? Especially regarding an expansion or FA Draft (contraction?), a team's draft strategy would be affected by their budget forecast, etc.

Just wondering.

That's a lot more work than a "minor change and addition". Baseball-Reference has them for 1908-2017, which is 110 years worth of splits. What do you do for the other 37, or are they auto-generated by the game as had been the case up until now?

Is this going to be problematic given that the historical facegen files are in a firstname (+initial if necessary)_lastname format, and do not use the BBRef-Minor-ID? This is particularly relevant for those of us that play random debut historicals because the MiLB database is not used in random debut historical games.
