Retire GM (Human)

Have asked in different Forum Groups I will ask here.

Does anyone know how to create a "NEW" human persona, and retire your name and keep all his GM and Manager records?

Started with OOTP15, and now carrying the replay through I am completing 1935...My GM is worn out.

There is a tab to add/edit human manager, however the "RETIRE" button on this screen will not work with my character.
Anybody know the proper answer?

I believe you need to create the new manager first and make them the Active Manager. Then you should be able to have the original manager retire.
