Looking for GM's to join one or two of my online leagues!

NARBL and SO49 are converting in the next few weeks from 6.5 to OOTP14 and I will have approx. 11-15 vacancies for each league. It will be good to get some fresh blood in to the leagues and carry on both of their rich histories. Both leagues have been running since 2002!

A couple questions...

Looking through your leagues, I see a few real players scattered around some rosters...Is this a random debut type league?

Also on the rules it says FA bids are done on the message boards, will this still be the case once you convert to 14?

With OOTP6.5 you can only import real historical rookies up to 2004, so after that we just started renaming ammy draftees to real life prospects to keep those guys in the league but semi fictional of course as we don't edit the draftees other than names.

SO49 is straight importing from Lahman Dbase so it should be all historical players based on the current year.

FA Bids will be done in-game when we convert to V14. No more additional manual work from me ;-)

Have you did any test runs of ratings from 6.5 to OOTP 14?

Both are great, well-run leagues that have stood the test of time. The number of leagues that have been around longer can be counted on one hand. Give these a try, people...you won't regret it!

Just quick compares and they seem ok. Need to do more of a review over next few days

The other A's were the NARBL Oakland A's that still need to be filled
