Activating Player Reverting to Inactive

I got a Rhys Hoskins card in a pack, and I activated him and submitted my team. After the sim, he didn’t play in the game and has reverted back to inactive.

I’ve done this about 5 times, and he reverts back every single time.

It’s happening with him and one other player.

I’m not getting any errors. I’ve had 23 roster spots filled for probably 20 or so games because it won’t save my roster moves at all.

Even emails that I delete come back after each sim. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s taking the sails out of the mode for me, and I’ve been loving it up until this point.

I'm also running into this issue. Players keep deactivating without playing a game. I have reset my lineup three or four times over the past 24 hours. I just cannot get the players to stick and play games. My lineups keep resetting as well.

Edit: sorry I was in a hurry before, I can provide more details:

I have both a Harrison Bader and a Kirby Yates in my inactive list. One was from a pack, one was from the auction house. I activate them, add them to my active roster and send down two players. I adjust my lineup, replacing a few spots. Submit my team and all is good.

Once it simulates, the players have reverted back to inactive. The game was played with my roster and lineup before any moves. I've tried a number of times and still can't get it to "save". As DXgarnett said, it sort of puts a damper on things -- I just have to roll with the roster I have now.

Getting the same issue as well for the Rusty Tollers
Bought 3 cards in auction and one extra pack to validate
It was working before as I bought other player via auctions, and now cannot get them to play
I have reactivate their card 4-5 times and place them at different place in lineup/pitching rotation... happening only since the start of the new season.

the three players auction purchase are: SP Maeda, SP Eovaldi, C Carreras
Pack card: SP Mercker

I try to unload the latest version and stil having the issue as mentionned
The system is not using my new players at all.. even if submit the team

Let me know when fixed.. because tired of redoing lineup and will quit the game

I just updated to the newest version and it seems to have corrected this issue. Not sure if it was due to the patch or just a fresh install.

Same. This was my fault completely. There was an update to fix this that I missed. Updated and I no longer have this problem.
