Prospect
In the trade window there is a pull down for prospects for trades. How accurate is the list and is everyone in the organization on it? At what point is a player a fringe prospect to be a PTBNL or a throw in?

But in regards to your other question, OOTP does not have an option for PTBNL's in a trade. A fringe prospect/throw in is different for each team/GM depending on a lot of things. For example, a team with a glut of good outfielders may see a 5th outfielder type player as a guy to add as a throw in to a trade, but other teams in the league with weaker outfielders may be more willing a include a fringy pitcher as a throw in. It's all situational. |

i find the ones at the top, are generally the Top rated one from OAS, and the ones at the bottom are random half a star guys.
recent signings are not always there. some guys are excluded, but not sure why. so all in all not much logic to them... |

right. there seems to be a loose ordering from best prospects to worse prospects, but I'm also not too sure about the accuracy.
