Go to your data folder -> quickstart_games -> Majors.quick -> Graphics.

Couple of things it could be.... mistake and 0 for O, I or 1 and did you type in the dash between each segment?

I was having the same problem with bitdefender. I temporarily turned off bitdeffender and was able to start the download and then turned on bitdeffender again.

I had the same problem, check for any wayward spaces and if that doesn't solve it, I C&P'd the code into Notepad and them from Notepad into the activation box which worked. Hope that helps.

Yep, I'm getting activation errors telling me to try again later. Hopefully this is a good thing not a bad thing.

Activated..then crashed...had to input ser# again..activated again...played for a bit..then exited...reloaded game and it asked me to activate again..but now it won't go through.

Brad's telling me that there are usually a few problems with the activation servers in the big rush when a new version of OOTP becomes available, so for the time being, keep trying if it doesn't work the first time. If it keeps failing, let us know and we'll start checking for other issues.

I didn't have to put in the cd key manually, downloaded, bought and it activated, at least I think it did.

And I strongly recommend setting your autosave to weekly (at least) if you don't want crashes to hurt too badly.

Deleted the default packs
Extracted the newer ones into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\default_data\quickstart_games\Majors.quick\gr aphics

Started a new game

No real logos as far as I can tell
