Fatigue performance Breakdown and sub

I would like to understand the SUB rule.
At what tiredness does is the sub supposed to occur?
75%? Can you set the level?
You can't sort by fatigue you have to hover over every single player....why is that? will that be fixed in 20?

I believe that subs will enter the game when a player "turns yellow" from fatigue, which I believe is at 75% (or near to it, I forget specifically what I found when I was looking closer into it a while ago). To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to change the fatigue point at which subs will play.

Additionally, I have absolutely no clue what all factors into a player's fatigue level. I've seen players (including catchers) remain at 100% after a game, but other games will be enough to drop them a significant amount (especially catchers). It seemed like the use of defensive substitutions significantly negated a lot of fatigue also, but that is merely anecdotal.

Eventually, I decided there were too many variables affecting this aspect of the game that I gave up trying to control it.

Thank you. I wish I understood how a players performance is affected. It makes all the difference in deciding who to play or rotate up from reserver roster.
I have noticed players can be at 75% percent (yellow) and stil not be subbed by the AI.
Not sure the AI works the same way for everyone???
Not sure if the sub process works the same way in regular OOTPB.
There doesn't seem to be any settings to effect it.

One thing I have noticed is that a fatigued player will still play if all substitutes for them are busy playing in place of other fatigued players.

I also do not know how it works exactly for positions where there are no subs listed or the subs are directed to play only after a certain amount of games (ie start every 20th game). These are settings I avoid for the most part.

I don't have a sub listed for my 1B (Belt) and every season he'll play about 156-159 games (with a backup he was at 152). Without a backup, it'll insert the backup catcher into the lineup. He's averaging 1 WAR per season with a cap of about 3.5 (I don't know how this comps to other Belts that have a backup in place).
