Are We Still Waiting - If So Answer This

Which team do you root for?
Who is your all time favorite player?

Not a White Sox fan in the least, but I really liked Harold Baines.

Willie Horton was my first sports hero of any kind.....then the guy with the black glove arrived to play 3B for my Tigers. First time I saw him backhand a grounder and make a throw to 1B, he was my new hero. To this day, I've never seen anyone throw like him. The A's called some guy up briefly to play 3B last year...maybe.

Favorite non Tiger Derek Jeter.

Ted Williams was my favorite player as a kid. I was born in 1988. I was a weird kid...

I was gonna be a wiseguy and give a cute answer like the "Providence Grays" and list "Old Hoss Radbourn" as my favorite player, but my actual answer makes me look quite old enough.

New York Yankees
