Thumbs down Serious decline in Diamond pull results

As someone who has opened thousands of packs in PT 1.0 I have noticed a serious decline in Diamond pulls the last few weeks. Up until Marcus' announcement and the introduction of Diamond packs in 2.0 the average of 1 diamond pull every 25-30 packs has been pretty reliable. The last 3 weeks or so different story - it has dropped to more than double those odds on a consistent daily basis. A few days and I would attribute it to bad luck, but going on 3 weeks and seeing 60+ packs per diamond pull on a daily basis makes me think something has changed server side.
Has anyone else noticed the change in drop percentages?

The variance is huge

After 2000 packs your diamond totals should be between 49 & 95 (99% confidence level)

But the auction house looks So maybe you're right

Does the fact that diamond packs are being sold reduce the odds of getting a diamond in a regular pack? Does anybody know?

No, it doesn't. If it did, the developers would change the posted odds on regular packs.

Yeah - I had alot of PP built up and was aiming for a specific dream lineup but have never gotten a few cards to drop. I keep opening packs while the reserves slowly dry up but have definitely noticed a big change in the frequency of diamond pulls.
Plus, I don't really enjoy PT 2.0 nearly as much; as time goes on I definitely dislike the constant fluctuation in Live ratings.

Good news for you... they no longer change since the season is over.
