Schedule Request -154 games 48 Teams (2L/3S/6T) w/Interleague

As the title states, I need a 154 game schedule for a 48 team league.
There are 2 subleagues, 3 division in each league, and 8 teams in each division.

I'd prefer unbalanced with inter-league play.

Obviously the title is wrong, it's 8 teams per division, not 6!!
