Game crashs in Sandbox

Play FHM3 yesterday with no problem, today I fired it up, clicked on my save game it crashes when it gets to "load face data", made a new game in sandbox & it crashes also, PTO & Historical games loads fine.

I can load this save as well. Very strange.

Game was working fine on Sunday evening, I saved the game & exit out, came back Monday evening & now I get crashes, only saves that work right now is PTG & Historical, Custom & Sandbox crash every time.

Well I was moving a bed from the house to my truck for a dump run, I was thinking why is FHM 3 crashing when very thing was fine on Sunday?. Then it hit me, I change my manager's .fg by adding his birthday (jeff_ray_20_6_1964), so I remove his birthday & both loaded fine, both Sandbox & Custom files...strange

I have other players in my .fg file with there names & birthday's & the game doesn't crash
