Possible to turn on dynamic evolution for the MLB quickstart?

In previous versions, seems like I was able to start an MLB game and turn on dynamic evolution. I haven't been able to figure out how to do it w/ 14 and despite searching the forums I have not uncovered any posts about it. Is it impossible to do without manually creating the MLB and importing all the players?

I would like to start with 2013 and then turn on dynamic evolution the next season, or at least at some point in the future.

Should be on by default, unless you're talking about the downloaded one. In that case, I don't know if it starts out on or not. Don't have my game up at the moment, but it should be in either the Rules or Options section of your league setup screen.

Totally weird. I could've sworn it wasn't there in a recent test league I had created. I simulated 50 seasons and nothing happened (as far as dynamic evolution). I also couldn't see it on the options screen. I just made a new one, following the same steps and it is there.

Given that I can't explain or replicate what happened, I am going to see if this post can be removed.

Dynamic Evolution is only for fictional leagues. Always been that way.

Olivertheorem is correct. If you start a MLB quickstart dynamic evolution is on automatically. You can find it it under League Setup/options. You can turn it off and then reactivate it for 2014.
