Anyone else play this way?

Thanks to the iOOTP release, my ability to focus at work has been greatly reduced. So, I'm trying to play in real time. That is, today is May 7, and I'm allowing myself to play the May 7th game for my team only. I cannot play tomorrow's game until tomorrow. I CAN look at rosters, search for players to trade for, work on depth charts, and so forth, but I don't move to May 8th until May 8th. Is anyone else playing like that?

I know people that play console baseball games like that and it makes a little more sense because those games take at least an hour to finish, I couldn't see myself playing iOOTP that way because the games don't take long at all and my goal is to play multiple seasons. If I played based on real time I wouldn't get much done before the next version is released.

In the end, whatever way you enjoy playing should be the way you play.

Better idea is to focus at work, get finished early, or more likely on time and decide how much of your non-work time you want to spend on this.

I used to be in a online league that was a game a day. I loved it!
I've tried doing the same thing on a solo league but I just don't have the discipline.
If you can stick with it, it's a ton of fun and very immersive.
