Shared Inaugural Draft with 8 League Association

Hi guys,

I cannot get a shared draft with an 8 league association to work. I've cleared all rosters, have a ton of players in the FA pool, and I've tried the "fantasy draft" option, clicking it for every single league in the Association (why aren't there Association-wide functions?), and I've tried the "Free agent draft" button, clicking it for every single league.

It says it schedules the draft, but when I check each league, the draft order only shows the the teams in that particular league, not in the entire Association. If I advance a day, it drafts, but some teams across the Association have a full roster of major and minor leaguers, some teams only have major leaguers, and some teams have no one at all. I have no idea what's going on.

I have "enable shared amateur and inaugural draft" checked in the Association settings.

Is there a guide for this kind of setup, or someone who can help me through this? Thanks!
