StatsLab vs OOTPOU
Hi all,
I'm planning to start an online league with a few friends. While I've played in leagues, I've never commished one. What are the major differences between OOTPOU and StatsLab? I'm trying to find screenshots of how both look without success. I want to start an inaugural draft. I know you can do this in OOTPOU (that was what a previous league I was in used), but I'm not certain if this can be done in StatsLab. I went through the StatsLab wiki but am still not sure. |

I would say the one you want depends on the level of detail you are looking for. OOTPOU has much better ease of setup and is easy for GMs to use; StatsLab is a little more work to set up for the commissioner, but it has a TON of information!
I think both are great, it just depends on your level of knowledge/ability to follow steps and learn/troubleshoot. For ease of use, I'd go with OOTPOU, I prefer StatsLab myself.

There are a few functional differences, too. OOTPOU has better development tracking. StatsLab is a bit broader in scope.
To answer your question about inaugural drafts in StatsLab, this can be done but is not natively supported. It requires that you manually create the draft pool in the draft utility, but once you do that it should work.
