Role on team

Hey all,

I'm at a loss. I'm in an online league, and nearly all of my position players in my A and AA teams are unhappy to angry with their "role on team". This is not an exaggeration. Almost every position player has this issue. The problem is, I have no idea why or how to fix it. I don't have this issue on my ML roster or my AAA team.

They all have "no expectation" for expected role
This is true whether they are young or old
This is true regardless of their ratings
This is true even if they start every day in their best position.
This is true even if they are happy about everything else.

So what gives? Why are all these guys unhappy about their role? Any ideas?

Are the minor league teams mostly winning or losing?
That can throw a wrench into the works a lot times.

They are all over .500

I'll look into my game and see if I can give a guess.

Maybe your players don't like their coaches. Look into that maybe.
