Modern-day Kekiongas
In one of my OOTP universes, I started in 1871 with 12 teams, including the ever-popular Fort Wayne Kekiongas and Troy Haymakers. I expected to replace these teams pretty quickly, so I instituted a rule: as soon as either of these clubs finished last or had consecutive losing seasons, they would be moved to another city. Troy finished last in 1871, and were promptly whisked off to Pittsburgh.
But a funny thing happened to Fort Wayne: they started to win. A lot. The Kekiongas were the dominant team in my league in the 1890s, winning five pennants and two World Series. Now, it's 1936, and Fort Wayne has won a total of 12 pennants and four WS. They've become to Green Bay Packers of baseball...aided by the fact there is no team in Indianapolis (and in fact, the Kekiongas play several home games there, similar to how the Packers used to play some games in Milwaukee). But now, in the depths of the depression, the Keks (pronounced "Keeks") are struggling. So, I want to put a fresh coat of paint on the franchise, renaming them either the Fort Wayne Keks or Fort Wayne Chiefs. ("Chiefs" comes from the fact that Kekionga was the original Native American name for Fort Wayne.) Any chance somebody could whip up some logos/uniforms for these nicknames? (Fort Wayne thanks you!)

txranger, where are the related caps/uniforms?
Txranger, I've tried looking in knuckler's stuff, but can't find the proper uniforms and/or caps to go with this logo, it seems, just yet, unfortunately. Could you help me out here, and tell me where they might be, or make a set in time with this logo as the base for the set, at least in part? If you can, I'd be most appreciative, for sure.
Thank you for your time and attention and continued great work on many designs of all kinds here, then, and may you be blessed with that great talent for quite some time in the future, I hope, Lord willing. CD out. |

Those were originally made as the Massachusetts Generals and Knuckler changed the logo to NJ for someone... The only unis are for the Mass. Generals and here is the link to that post... http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...postcount=4453 |

As I've said before, I looked through knuckler's stuff, et cetera. I am aware of the existence of the Massachusetts-related Generals items, but I was looking for a set related to the New Jersey-related logo shown above. Whether already made or not, I was still looking for such a set, in any case. If no such set exists, and if knuckler can't actually do such a set, could you please perhaps make one such set for us, in time, when time permits, et cetera? Thanks in advance if you can do so, of course, then.
I hope you can keep up all the great designing work that you've been known to turn out from time to time for quite a long time into the future, Lord willing, txranger. CD out. |

That New Jersey Generals logo was for me (thanks!) way back when. I played with the Generals jerseys you'd made and found a College of NJ hat (that has a NJ-like yankee cap) for the team to wear somewhere in the forums. Was all I needed!

Darkcloud, do you have a New Jersey Generals version of the set or not? If so, I do believe its components might work well for various versions of the Generals in several of my games, supposing I could use them in such. That would mean I might be able to save certain items for use in more recent eras of those games' histories, for instance, of course. Please advise, et cetera, if and when you like and can. Thank you in advance. CD out.

Thank you very much, txranger! These will work very well, I believe, for my pre-USFL-like look for the Generals from New Jersey. Also have sets for Birmingham's Stallions, among others. Keep up the great work! CD out.
