Ankit/Gambo 4.0

What is the difference from the Lahmen database?

If I remember correctly Lahman database begins with year players were called up to Majors while Ankit/Gambo begins with year players were signed by a team or drafted.

'improved' as in higher, or 'improved' as in more accurate?

Where do I get it? I found 3.0 but the ratings seem off. I can find 5.0 but those draft dates are actual MLB debut (not drafted year).

One snag. Unless something has changed, Lahman will give accurate career stats for everyone right up until the year you started. Ankits has some bogus stats put in based on career norms.

Here you go...
Also everyone has arguments as to which is best database. Best way to find out is by doing a test simm with each database and see which one you like best.
Arod/Garlon is another database which has not been mentioned here. They have a career average database and a regular one.
