this is my research for EHM. Perhaps this information will help for your project? DEL: Each club receives 315,000 Euro Tv funds / Marketing. But this will have to pay about 115,000 euros Fee for referees and Statistics Program. So stay 200,000 Euro TV money for each team. (per season) Min. 3 german players (must be eligible to play for national team) U24 (23 years or younger) in roster and max. 120 DEL Games (If he played more than 120 games, then he is no longer covered by this regulation.). These 3 players must have a Förderlizenz. max. 32 player in rooster, but U19 Player not fall under the limit. According to my information 21 players can be dressed in DEL. (not 20)

We've been working on the German data/rules. We've fixed some of the league settings, and Redsea, the new German researcher, sent me corrections for the affiliations and team budgets.
