San Jose A's logo request (I have the pic, just need it converted)

There have been some great San Jose uniforms shared in the forums, but I haven't seen any San Jose A's logos. At least not with the name San Jose on it. I googled San Jose A's and found a nice logo (found below), but I need help sizing it, making it transparent, and removing the TM in the lower right hand corner. Can any of you fine folks do that?
