Watson, the champion defeated by a young Drederick Tatum in the Simpsons "Bout To Knock The Other Guy Out". No first name or other boxing details given in the show, so I made him an inside swarmer who'd fare poorly against a brute like Tatum.

Yet another baseball player, 1920s Negro League star Hurley McNair, who fits at JMW most effectively and MW slightly less if his listed weight was anything to go by.

Two tributes to historical non-boxers who died young. The first is Yinka Dare, a minor NBA big man infamous for having only four assists in his entire career. Thus, I made him a big and strong but clumsy slugger. The second is actually a gymnast of all people, the tragic Julissa Gomez, who was killed in a botched performance. I made her the exact opposite of Dare, a strawweight extreme outboxer.

Now for some fictional boxers:

-The "Supine Swede" defeated by Drederick Tatum in the 1984 Olympics in the Simpsons Episode "Lisa's First Word". Looked at the other international amateur boxers and based him off of that, using other silver medalists as benchmarks.

-Echidna, a pseudo-British female fighter from the Fire Emblem series. Gave her very high stats.

Anderson Silva and Tito Ortiz will face off in a boxing match as part of the upcoming Oscar De La Hoya versus Vitor Belfort card on Sept. 11. The event, which is being run by Triller, will take place in Los Angeles.

I will admit that a lot of my MMA conversions (save for Ben Askren of course ) are being very generous in terms of boxing ability. I'd prefer a big range of skill levels compared to a gusher of 0s and 1s with a few ultra-strikers getting to "decent" status.

Both a real and fictional fighter now. The real one is MMA fighter Liana Jojua, a Georgian grappler who, like Ben Askren, doesn't exactly have the right characteristics for boxing. The fictional one is "Nicole Midnight", a supporting character from the Backstage Pass video game. She's an exercise nut who would probably jump at the chance to engage in boxercise.
