About those nameless strawweights
Updating from the pool gives you a bunch of nameless SWs. They all have boxrec IDs, so you can fix them manually with the XML Notepad. The changes will stick as long as they're not updated in the fighter list. Or, you can replace the fighter files with these, which I have edited for you.

NOTE: The one starting 273017 should be under women. The rest should be under men.
Yes, I realize one file is posted twice. You only need one copy. |

Clearly something I don't understand about how this is supposed to work. Where do these go? I know how to import/export files and so on.
I put these in the Documents/tbcb 2013/data/import_data/fighters/men directory, and the one of them in the same but /women directory. None of the men are actually showing up in-game though. I've tried it multiple times, over-writing the previous files, create new game ... and it's still showing the old nameless fighters. Am I supposed to put them somewhere else? If so, why did the one woman fighter work? I am confuse. |

So, I figured it out. Basically those files in the database are fine. But there are completely different files that have the 'nameless' results. I don't know which ones they are, but at startup of a new database, it has both the nameless ones *and* the correct ones for these fighters.
Solution appears to be to just delete the offending fighters in the game - the men only that is, 273031 for Nishida is actually needed - and go from there. |

The first number in the file name is the fighter's boxrec id. You should delete any files starting with that number from your directories. Then delete the nameless fighters from your universe(s). Then insert the corrected files and Update From Pool. That should get the corrected fighters into your game.
