Start from the bottom promotion?

It's been fun working up to the Perfect level. However, with PT 1.0 losing activity and tanking being considered cheating, I was wondering if an option can be provided from the developers to restart our current teams to the bottom level?

Just a thought.

Here's what I would do for THIS version (PT19), considering that it is becoming stagnant and needs a little shake-up to rekindle interest...

1) Put any team that has not been logged on in one month in the entry pool. If the owner returns, it automatically goes to bronze next week.

2) Re-seed the remaining teams based on all-time winning percentage, with the caveat that no team can be seeded at a level higher than it has ever achieved.

Using a pyramid league structure, this would put the best teams in perfect, the really strong teams in diamond, and seed the other teams in a competitive league.

I was wondering this in my gold league. I am semi-competitive, but decided to trash my team concept and go for a theme team from scratch. My theme team, as I'm building it, will take a few weeks to be full, so in the meantime they are going to suck royally. I don't want them to be considered tanking because I'm selling off Mike Trouts and Kris Bryant's for Ichiro's and Mallex Smith's until I can afford my theme.

But I need the 2 weeks to be relegated to bronze before I get any points to start building my theme team. That sucks. I'd rather tear it down and start from scratch immediately back in bronze since I have to work on the theme concept and what players work and what ones don't, etc... I'd love to auto-relegate.

Doubling the demotions and relegations at every level will add to the game.
