Before you join, you should know who your commissioner would be. My name is Charlie Cooper. I previously tried starting two other online leagues, but neither got off the ground, as my fraud in the PEBA was exposed. For those of you who do not know, I ran 5 teams at once in the PEBA, which led to damage that couldn't be repaired. I still don't know what led me to doing this, but I do know it was wrong and I shouldn't have done it, let alone even consider it. I've been booted from all but a couple leagues because of this, but show no intention of ever doing it again.

So, with that in my past (albeit just recently), I'm trying to start another league up (yes, again). This league is the same one I just tried starting a couple weeks ago under the alias "Dale Stevens."

I understand most of you probably want nothing to do with me or anything I have to say, but starting this league and getting it going would really mean a lot to me. I have two goals for this league: Run a very good league, where GM vacancies are almost nonexistent, and gain some trust in the OOTP community again. If I can run and good league and be a good commissioner (which I have every intention of being), maybe I can gain back a little trust.

I don't know what else to say in regards to my past, except, that it was my past and I'm down with that.
