Changing General Strategy Settings Game By Game
I have a tournament set up with teams from different eras. I plan on playing out each game in each series as the manager of one of the teams.
I had an idea that if I changed the general strategy settings before each game to the year of my opponent, that I could get more realistic results and management tendencies from the AI for each individual team. For example if I was the 2008 Rays and my opponent was the 1979 Pirates, I would set tendencies for 1979. The next series I might be the 1947 Dodgers and play the 1953 Yankees and then I would change settings to 1953.... Would I be affecting anything, or are these settings more for simming games and seasons? Last edited by Terpripken; 07-28-2011 at 10:48 PM. Reason: spelling |
