Put the xml file in ootp's addons folder. Restart ootp and on the opening screen, click the addons central link. Once that opens, select the file you want and click the download button..once it dl's, the button will change to Install...click it and it should auto install the file to the correct ootp location.

How do I get the Re-Install button to go away so I can download a mod? My downloads folder is empty, but for 2013 All In One I have a Re-Install button which give me a source file not found error.

The way addons central works is when you click the addons central link, it looks to your addons\downloads folder for any files you have downloaded. The re-install button shows for those particular files you already downloaded. If it doesn't find any then the download button shows. So I can only assume that something messed up and I can't figure out how that may have happened..
One thought though..are you on a mac or pc?? Macs will hide certain files by default. that is why I ask.
Do a search for this file name: 2013_all_in_one_mod.tgz

Just so everyone knows, in the future, you will have to manually add the OOTPMods server to your Add-Ons Central in OOTP. The game will no longer be automatically configured to pull from that server. Of course, the user can simply add the OOTPMods server to the game, and once that is done, the normal list of files can be pulled from the server and things can proceed normally.

This was a decision made by OOTP Developments because many of the mods include trademarked material, and to avoid any potential legal issues, the company must leave it to the user to add the desired mods servers.
