Rosters based on real life playing time?????

Playing with real transactions, is there a way to get the AI to use players based on their real life playing time? I don't want a bunch of guys that only pitched 12-25 innings in the bullpen, while guys that pitched 40-60+ are sitting on the reserve roster. If a team started a guy at 3rd base 128 games, he shouldn't be on the reserve roster so a guy that played 27 can start.

Again this is about playing with real transactions. Using real lineups would solve this, but having to play with the entire roster active has soured me on doing that.
