Default finances mess up in foreign custom leagues...

I'm a little hesitant to put this in its own thread, but I didn't think the minor bug thread worked for this.

In custom leagues, if you change the league nation, the default finances and attendance are reduced to 10% of their original values, and ticket prices to 20% of their normal total. Incidentally, the attendance issue doesn't affect any minor leagues, meaning that even rookie ball will have higher attendances than the majors if it isn't manually fixed.

I'll post screenshots or provide more info if needed.

Never mind about this "bug". If you switch to another nation with baseball quality 5, it doesn't do this. I was choosing a lower quality nation, and that's why it was doing it. Sorry to take up space on this forum about it.
