Q. - Auto Play Until Tomorrow
I pressed Auto Play until tomorrow and it simulated a game thst I had that day. I actually wanted to play it.
Is there a way to keep from auto simulating unless I specifically ask to auto play that day's game? Thanks! TG |

Not sure what you expected Auto play until tomorrow to do.

The only way to do what you want is to disable "simulate world in the background". That means you'd have to ensure all games are simulated/played each day.

if you closed the app, it's locked because it saved.
in future if you do something on accident and you have not saved / backed up / or an autosave has not taken place, you can revert back to your last saved point in time. you just have to be willing to lose anything else along with reverting the accident. windows - open task manager (ctrl-alt-delete). go to processes tab. find ootp##.exe. right-click and select end process. reload ootp. it may say somethign about the date not matching etc -- for obvious reasons. once it completes that process, the game should load reverted back to last saved point. a day? a week? a month? anytime since jan 1? just depends on your auto-save settings choice and whether you click 'save' occasionally. clicking that occasionally is nearly as good as a backup. anytime there's a problem simply end the process and revert. i did this recently because somehow my trade deadline and roster expansion got set to april 5th. i didn't realize until i passed this date. changing event list wasnt going to fix all the clocks i started early and with different info than normal. luckily, i saved on opening day as usual and simply crashed the program and restarted. i had re-done my schedules that offseason and somehow caused this. i screw up my league all the time and use this as a get out of jail free card.
