Add-ons Central Location?

Where is, "Add-ons Central" for MODS? Is that just a fancy way to say,

OOTP Mods
Logos, roster packs, historical databases, OOTP tools, FaceGen files... it's all here!
Sub-Forums:

OOTP Mods - Logos, Graphics, and HTML,

OOTP Mods - Rosters, Photos, and Quick-Starts,

OOTP Mods - 3D Models,

OOTP Mods - Schedules,

OOTP Mods - Database Tools,

OOTP Mods - In-Game Text and PbP Commentary,

OOTP Mods - Names and Nations

Where one then goes to, lets say, "3D Models"? I do look in these but do not always find any files or links.

add ons central is in OOTP 16. I believe under File.

As usually, I accidently ran across it right after the post. I had assumed it was a site. Having said that, I only see three files there, none are for what I think I keep reading are being posted there. Oh well, slowly learning the lay of the land. Thank you for your help.

8^) Well, that server basically solved my problems. I can now load almost every park, not in 3D but I play in Broadcast mode so that is OK.

I dont use 3D parks, while i was hopeful for them they still are not what they need to be.
