Copy Lineup to all 4 lineups

When you copy a lineup you must go in and paste to all the other lineups. Why not make an extra button that copies to all 4 lineups:

Vs l
Vs r
Vs l dh
Vs r dh

Along a similar line, when you right click on a player in the lineups screen, options come up to insert them into the starting catcher slot in the current depth chart, or insert them into the leadoff slot of the current lineup, but AFAIK there's no way to assign someone to that spot in every depth chart or every lineup. Small grievance but it's a bit annoying when my star 1B comes back from the DL that I have to go through and manually insert him into the starting 1B spot in every depth chart. Can't just do it once and copy/paste because each depth chart has slight differences based on platooning and DHs and such.
