If history is anything to go by, it will be a week or so before Christmas, though Jeff has said no set date.

Is the frozen penalty time clock a known bug?

I just had the Toronto Marlies get a gift playoff win because Bridgeport constantly played shorthanded because of the frozen penalty time clock.

I really want to like this game but how it was possible to even release a game with this sort of bugs? Still waiting after 2 months after release

If you can upload the save, we might be able to tell from the boxscore what the exact circumstances were that caused that. The problem with fixing it is that it's very difficult to replicate it on demand.
