Creating fictional managers

How can i create fictional personnel in an ongoing game, like scouts and managers?

Be logged in as Commissioner.
Go to the Personnel screen (League menu >> Transactions >> Personnel tab).
In the Actions drop down on the right, select "Create Fictional".

if you do it all at once, you can sort by experience and they will say the same thing but be a different shade -- no worries if you sort a different way can get them all back together by 'experience' column. if you want a higher chance at better ratings, make managers. maybe 1/10 good and 1/20 top-shelf. ballpark expectations
