0.9.31 - Players with no name signed across the league

In the new build 0.9.31, players are being created and signed with no names.

I just ran an auto sim for 10 years from 1950 to 1959. This is happening with increasing frequency each year... 2/3 of the summer 1959 signings were players with no names, jersey #0, and very similar position ratings.

Montreal's current 1959 roster has 6 active players with no name, a few who have now played for a couple years. Boston has 8, Chicago has 10, Detroit 8, New York 4, and Toronto 6.

It is readily apparent in the News:

[5-242] Montreal signed !

All of these show "#ERROR:TEXT_CATEGORY::get_text() didn't find a text object for category 4." as the news content.

I had that error content in 0.9.26 is some real player signings... and that issue is continuing too - but this is a separate issue.

It looks like those are actual players, but the names are getting removed...and I think I know why: the new naming system needs all names in the game to be present in a particular list in order to display them. At the start of the game, it's supposed to be checking for names in the database that aren't in those lists, and then adding them if they're missing. But I'll bet it's only looking at the starting season of a historical game and not the future years. Should be easy to fix. Sorry that slipped through, the big changes this update weren't supposed to affect anything in the historical game so historical play didn't get much testing attention.

With 0.9.31 names of all players who retired dissappear from historical leaderboards...why?

In continuing with this historical league, the issue seems to have magically disappeared around 1970. I don't know if it's related to how I was playing (still simming through, still not a GM for any team, but watching more closely the expansion team issue), or DB related.

It could also be related to another thread I will post, that no new historical players are appearing - it appears that the original 1947-1964? list is done, but no new list was loaded so there are none of the 1970's players. Maybe at that point the name-less players were dropped and replaced with fictional players, or possibly just renamed with fictional names. Or this might be something separate.

No, it's still there - the one with the picture attached, right? I'm not sure why that's happening, I'll add it to the bug list and we'll check it out.
