How does everyone get their internation players?
with the new additions to international players in '14 I was wondering how most people go about getting international players in their league?
-New international free agent methods -adjust percentages for PCM for players mode for the draft (no feeders) -adjust PCM for feeders to the international percentages you want -mix and match as of right now I am thinking of mostly college feeder for domestic players but am unsure on how to get international players into the game, I will either have the game create an additional few rounds of players that my college feeder isn't providing but make the game create all foreign players (I believe this is possible), or use the international amatuer top prospects option. I wish they made an international draft an option. So we could have two drafts every year, one with only international players and be able to set the ages for that draft separate than the normal one (so we could have international players created at 16-17 if we want and domestic players at 18-19 or only from feeders...). I'm using feeder leagues (HS, JUCO, COL). I have the HS set to US with some Canadian and Puerto Rican. JUCO pretty much the same but with 1% random nationalities. COL again pretty much the same but 2 or 3% random nationalities.
I get the vast majority of the international talent from the 3(?) sources of international players (establish, international complex and the international amateur FA). I want the league I'm developing to be primarily North American (60-70% or so). |
