Online League Trade Proposal

It would be great for online leagues if there was a way ingame to submit a trade proposal to another GM. I know a lot of this can be done online but I have GMs who are either not on AIM or rarely on our forums. So if something could pop up through an ingame email then it may be more noticeable. Or an ingame email system too, would be nice. I don't think these things currently exist, so if I'm mistaken please let me know.

This would be a great feature for the GM's that don't check the boards..
