Unable to Make Trade Offers

Currently playing in the NLA and am unable to make any trade offers

The option is not grayed out but whenever I click on it, nothing happens

NLA won't allow regular trades, but you should be able to make transfer (i.e., money-for-player) offers. The deadline is February 15, though - is your season past that date?

Was this recently changed because I played as another NLA team about 3 weeks ago and was able to make regular trades as opposed to just transfer offers

I checked a very old version of the database and trading was enabled for the NLA in that, so it looks like it did change at some point. Not sure on the exact date, though.
