OOTP 20 in the News
I thought we should have one thread where all OOTP 20 media/news attention can be shared:
PC Gamer says "The Best Baseball Management SIM Returns" https://www.pcgamer.com/out-of-the-p...ll-20-out-now/ The guys at Royals Review on SBNATION used it to preview the Royals season: https://www.royalsreview.com/2019/3/...he-2019-royals If you find them, add them here. |

Video Game Review: Out Of The Park Is Wonderfully Deep
There are many fans. There are few fanatics. Fans go to baseball games. Fanatics plan how they can get to every ballpark in the Carolina League, the Appalachian League or the American League. Fans root for their team. Fanatics name their kids Jeter or Trout. Fans know the highlights of their sport. They know who won the World Series last year. Fanaticism is Mark Simon remembering the last out of the past 60 World Series. If you’re reading this, valued Baseball America reader, you are likely a fanatic. It doesn’t take long to realize that the makers of Out of The Park Baseball are also fanatics. They very well may have lost touch with reality. They long ago lost their sense of proportion and balance. But if you’re a baseball fanatic, the developers of OOTP’s tenuous grip on reality is a wonderful boon for you. https://www.baseballamerica.com/stor...derfully-deep/ |
