Import from OOTP 19?

I didn't buy OOTP20 as I simply wasn't playing the game enough to warrant it. But as I've gotten back into a league from OOTP19, I'm curious if I can import from 19 straight to 21 without having to go through 20 first.

Sorry, you’ve never been able to skip a version to import saves. This is no exception.

Unfortunately there isn't a demo of OOTP 20 available on their "prior versions" web page.
