pull up their ID and import using historical minor league option. PM Mitchkenn and have him send you the NeL file Also most ID's from Seamheads.com work. here are several NeL txt files. All are from their rookie season.

Are the players automatically in the OOTP game without having to import them?
Also, how do you PM Mitchkenn? Apologies. New to this forum and haven't played OOTP since the first couple of years. |

I just bought v21 and wanted a separate Negro Major League and I think I have cracked the code on it. You start in 1920 and make sure you are using Negro League Rules. You can then elevate the Negro League into a Major League and I went ahead and deleted the majors and the Texas League. I was left with all the current Cuban players from 1920 as free agents. I was then able to set the league in pretty much any way I wanted financially. I just used the major league 1920 presets. Now I haven't played through, but I am assuming that since all the Cuban players automatically became available that when the season switches over the correct rookies for the next season will be assigned to the teams (I disabled the draft). Thus far the Negro League rules seem to be covering a lot of ground to make this work. Maybe someone who has been down this road has more input, but so far I am impressed. It took some experimenting to get this far, but so far, so good.

Until you get to 1921 then all the teams and leagues you deleted will be back, the minors history version does not give the flexibility of the normal stats folder or teh spritze db...why I won't play it |
